Job summary

Traditional Home Health Care Pediatric Division is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team providing in-home care for pediatric and adult patients. We offer flexible scheduling, one-on-one care, and meaningful opportunities to improve health and independence in the comfort of patients' homes.

Positions available in Williamsport and nearby towns with day, evening, overnight shifts; competitive hourly pay, weekly direct deposit, benefits, and training are provided

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Home health care experience preferred for pediatric and adult patients.
• Flexible scheduling options (PRN, Part-Time, Full-Time) available.

Responsibilities

• One-to-One patient care in home/school environments.
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies.
• Patient assessments; coordination of care.
• Report any changes in client condition to Clinical Manager and physician.
• Health promotion and family training.

Rate: $28-$32 per hour

Immediate Need

Williamsport, PA: Monday - Friday 12pm - 3 pm for preschool accompaniment

Watsontown, PA: Monday - Friday 4pm- 12am

Jersey Shore, PA: Overnights 11:00pm - 7:00am
