Job summary

Safety National in St. Louis, MO, is seeking an LPM Analyst III to bridge IT strategy, portfolio performance, and business priorities.

You will lead IT KPI development and reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure insights drive value. You’ll use NICUS, Power BI, and portfolio data to build dashboards that reveal costs, risks, and outcomes, support budgeting and forecasting with Finance, and translate IT strategies into actionable roadmaps through Lean Portfolio Management with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS or related field preferred.
5+ years in Lean Portfolio Management, project management, or related fields.
Expert knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management and SAFe principles.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; hybrid work with 3 days in St. Louis office.

Responsibilities

Lead IT KPI development, performance metrics, and stakeholder communication.
Develop dashboards and visualizations with real-time IT visibility of costs, risks, and outcomes.
Support IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking; integrate metrics into portfolio reporting.
Apply Lean Portfolio Management to translate IT and business strategies into actionable portfolios.
