Job summary

TEKsystems Hartford, CT is seeking a Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) Analyst to partner with Product teams, IT leadership, and business stakeholders in a hybrid, permanent/direct hire role.

You will drive portfolio governance, track KPIs and benefits, and support roadmaps and product transformations within a large-scale insurance technology program. Strong collaboration and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) experience is required.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Exposure to portfolio governance, reporting, KPIs, financial tracking, or technology initiatives.
• Experience working across Product, Technology, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Lean Portfolio Management activities across an assigned portfolio.
• Partner with Product teams, IT leadership, and business stakeholders.
• Support portfolio governance, reporting, and financial tracking.
• Track KPIs, benefits, objectives, and key results.
• Support product and solution roadmaps.
• Create governance materials and presentations for leadership.
• Participate in monthly portfolio governance reviews.
• Help identify impediments and blockers across initiatives.
• Support the transition toward product-based funding and budgeting.
• Improve Agile processes, reporting, templates, and portfolio-management practices.
• Work with tools including Azure DevOps, TargetProcess, ApptioOne, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Support workshops and other product-transformation initiatives.
