Job summary

Safety National is seeking an LPM Analyst III in our Information Technology department in Saint Louis, MO. You will create and manage IT KPIs, dashboards, and portfolio reports to drive informed decisions and optimize value across the enterprise.

You will work with agile tools, NICUS, Power BI, and Lean Portfolio Management practices; collaborate with stakeholders, and lead initiatives from strategy to delivery while supporting budget processes and cost tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Lean Portfolio Management, project management, or related fields
• Expert knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management and SAFe
• Experience with Power BI or another reporting tool
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
• Hybrid schedule with minimum 3 days per week in Saint Louis, MO office

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, management, and communication of IT KPIs and metrics
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for real-time IT performance, costs, risks, and outcomes
• Manage IT budget processes and forecast spending with Finance leadership
• Translate IT and business strategies into actionable portfolios and initiatives
• Support portfolio reporting to optimize resource allocation and identify savings opportunities
