As an LPM Analyst III, you will play a pivotal role in connecting IT strategy, portfolio performance, financial insights, and business priorities to help drive informed decision-making across the enterprise. You’ll lead the creation, management, and communication of IT-specific KPIs and metrics, working with stakeholders to ensure performance measures are actionable, clearly understood, and directly connected to business value.

In this role, you’ll leverage agile tooling, NICUS, Power BI, and portfolio data to develop dashboards and visualizations that provide real-time visibility into IT performance, costs, risks, and outcomes. You’ll help manage and monitor IT budget processes, partner with Finance and leadership to forecast spending and track costs, and integrate financial metrics into portfolio reporting to support effective resource allocation and identify opportunities for savings.

You’ll also put Lean Portfolio Management principles into practice by translating IT and business strategies into actionable portfolios and initiatives. Working across teams, you’ll prioritize initiatives, monitor portfolio performance, proactively address risks and dependencies, and partner with Value Stream Owners and business architecture teams to integrate IT value streams into enterprise roadmaps. You’ll help optimize agile tooling, promote consistent best practices, facilitate strategic conversations with IT and business leaders, and continuously improve LPM processes. If you thrive at the intersection of analytics, technology, financial stewardship, and strategic portfolio management, this role gives you an opportunity to influence how value is delivered across the organization.
