Principle BMW of San Antonio is seeking a Loyalty Team Member to provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person. You will handle high-volume calls, set appointments, and follow up with clients while maintaining a professional demeanor.

We value English proficiency, strong communication, and a friendly, solution-oriented approach. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required. Join our team dedicated to service and growth.

Qualifications

• 1 Yr. previous Call Center Customer Service or Sales experience required.
• Must be proficient in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Internet sales experience is a plus.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Ability to work comfortably with the public.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid state of residence driver's license.
• Required to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• 60 to 100 Incoming / Outgoing calls per day.
• Set up appointments for clients.
• Maintain constant follow-ups with potential clients through emails and texts.
• Be prepared to answer and/or research the client's questions.
• Provide a high level of excellent customer service.
• Ability to de-escalate situations.
• Other responsibilities as they are given.
