Qualified new hires may receive up to $12,500 sign-on, up to $6,250 performance bonus, and a total first-year bonus of up to $18,750, with five-day workweeks and Sundays closed.

• At least three years of automotive retail sales experience.
• Average of 12 delivered units per month in the last 12 months.
• CRM follow-up, appointment-setting, and relationship-management skills.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Satisfactory references
• The ability to complete all standard pre-employment requirements successfully
