Job summary

Principle BMW of San Antonio is seeking an experienced automotive sales professional with a proven track record and exceptional customer service. In addition to standard commission, new hires may receive a phased sign-on bonus up to $12,500 and an additional performance qualification bonus up to $6,250, for a total first-year bonus opportunity up to $18,750.

Earners report average monthly earnings with unlimited potential and a five-day workweek.

Qualifications

• At least three years of automotive retail sales experience.
• A verified average of at least 12 delivered units per month during the most recent 12 months.
• CRM follow-up, appointment-setting, and customer relationship-management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Satisfactory references.
• Ability to complete all standard pre-employment requirements successfully.
