Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst to configure, support, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role involves driving business process improvements through data analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design, adhering to Salesforce best practices. The ideal candidate will excel at eliciting stakeholder requirements and implementing effective Salesforce solutions.

Location: Fully Remote in the USA

Responsibilities

  1. Interact with end users to address requests and resolve issues promptly.
  2. Define requirements for strategic initiatives to optimize Salesforce support for business processes.
  3. Document requirements, process flows, and system architecture changes.
  4. Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including creating custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows, and managing packages.
  5. Provide ongoing support and configuration management.
  6. Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  7. Create reports and dashboards for key performance indicators.
  8. Support end-users with training and troubleshooting.
  9. Improve data accuracy and perform testing and validation of configurations.
  10. Collaborate on prioritizing enhancements with stakeholders and the Salesforce Product Owner.
  11. Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Requirements

  1. 5-7 years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
  2. Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder certifications.
  3. Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  4. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Motivation to enhance user experience and resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
  2. Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and integration experience.
  3. Experience with managed packages and integrations.
