Reynolds American, a member of the British American Tobacco Group, is seeking a Senior Manager Loyalty/Rewards Operations in Winston-Salem, NC. You will own the rewards program portfolio, coordinate with Digital Operations, and drive campaigns, catalogs, and provider administration to deliver measurable CX and business outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in rewards product administration and digital marketing, with preference for experience in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of rewards product administration and digital marketing or related fields.
• Regulated industry experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to connect platform decisions to marketing strategy, CX workflows, consumer engagement, and operational outcomes.
