Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC in Fort Worth is seeking a Loyalty Accelerator Program Agent to support the MB loyalty program. This role verifies eligibility, handles dealer inquiries, and processes loyalty-related documentation in a call-center environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve exceptions, ensure accurate financial processing, and coordinate funding for Employee Leases and related contracts.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum of 2 years overall work experience; funding experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify and confirm eligibility for MB LAP incentive program using the MBUSA Market Support System.
• Process subsidy claims, reversals, and ensure transactions meet program guidelines.
• Manage LAP email box; investigate discrepancies and escalate appropriately.
• Provide inbound/outbound support to dealers, field staff, and internal partners; deliver high customer service.
• Monitor maturing lease accounts and manage payment waiver inquiries and account qualification.
• Complete funding process for all lease extensions and balloon refinance contracts; maintain timely turnaround.
• Ensure documentation is complete; maintain compliance reporting and reconcile check logs weekly.
