Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Loyalty to own how loyalty value is communicated across the member journey, from pre-trip through booking and post-trip engagement. You will define messaging hierarchies, simplify a multi-brand experience, and ensure consistency across hotels, flights, packages, cars, and activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing products with loyalty or value-centric experiences.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end messaging or member communication strategy.
• Experience collaborating across commercial, design, and engineering stakeholders to drive alignment on product narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end loyalty messaging strategy across the member journey, defining a clear value-led messaging hierarchy from pre-trip to post-trip engagement.
• Lead pre-booking and shopping messaging to show relevant earn, discount, or benefit messages.
• Define and optimize post-booking messaging to explain what was earned and why returning is valuable.
• Align loyalty messaging with multi-LOB strategies across hotels, flights, packages, cars, and activities.
• Partner with TEaL, XD, Loyalty Tech, and other teams to translate complex programs into simple narratives and scalable frameworks.
• Use research, analytics, and experimentation to measure messaging comprehension, activation, and repeat bookings, and safely integrate AI-driven systems.
