Twenty-Nine Palms Enterprises – Coachella, CA is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services associate to coordinate the flow of Player Development Services. You will deliver a Five Star Experience to guests and team members, acting as liaison between the Host and Player’s Club Representative to expedite requests.

The role emphasizes excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and reliable computer use.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year casino or marketing experience preferred.
• One year telemarketing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer relations, organizational and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees.
• Deliver Five Star Experience aligning with service standards.
• Act as liaison between Player Development Host and Club Representative to expedite requests.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to accommodate guests and players.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest files and casino information.
• Promote benefits of loyalty programs to guests.
