Scientific Games in Kentucky is seeking a Loyalty Account Associate to support the account management team for lottery loyalty accounts. You will work closely with Digital Account Managers to drive engagement and retention while ensuring the loyalty program operates smoothly.

The role emphasizes collaboration across internal teams, data-driven initiatives, and the execution of campaigns to grow revenue and deepen customer relationships within regulated gaming environments.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience with loyalty/marketing campaigns preferred.
• Background in lottery or gaming industry a plus.
