Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Loyalty Account Associate to support the account management team for lottery loyalty accounts, working closely with Digital Account Managers to drive revenue growth, customer engagement and loyalty retention.

You will coordinate loyalty programs, maintain activity and performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure rewards technology functions smoothly while pursuing revenue opportunities across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or account support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relationships with Digital Account Manager and loyalty programs.
• Maintain account activity, milestones and performance updates.
• Work with internal teams to ensure loyalty technology functions properly.
• Execute initiatives to achieve revenue targets for loyalty.
• Prepare account reports and align strategies with Digital Account Manager.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop expansion strategies.
