Responsibilities

• Coordinate the relationship with lottery Digital Account Manager and loyalty programs.
• Maintain account activity, milestones and performance with Digital Account Manager.
• Work with internal teams to ensure loyalty program technology functions properly.
• Execute performance initiatives to achieve revenue targets for the loyalty team.
• Prepare account reports and align strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop implementation strategies to expand revenue and customers.
