Job summary

You will work with internal teams to ensure loyalty program technology runs smoothly, execute performance initiatives, and identify growth opportunities to expand the customer base across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer service, account support, or client-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present and engage with clients at various levels.

• Ability to learn loyalty, CRM, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relationship with Lottery Digital Account Manager and loyalty programs.
• Monitor account activity, milestones, and performance with Digital Account Manager.
• Ensure loyalty program technology functions with internal teams.
• Execute initiatives to meet revenue targets for loyalty team.
• Prepare account reports and align strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement revenue-expansion plans.
