Topgolf is seeking a Loyalty Analyst to run and improve our loyalty program, owning day-to-day administration and analyzing what drives members to visit more often and spend more per visit. You will monitor for fraud, collaborate with marketing, finance, and technology, and build dashboards of core KPIs such as enrollment, active member rate, redemption rate, breakage, and customer lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Experience building loyalty programs and analyzing member behavior.
• Ability to partner with marketing, finance, and technology teams.
• Experience monitoring fraud and abuse in loyalty systems.
• Strong reporting and dashboard construction for core KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day loyalty program operations.
• Analyze loyalty member behavior to increase return visits and spend.
• Monitor transactions for signs of fraud or abuse and resolve issues.
• Build dashboards tracking enrollment, active member rate, redemption rate, breakage, and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with marketing to design targeted offers and campaigns.
• Work with technology and vendor partners to troubleshoot issues and support enhancements.
