TaylorMade Golf is seeking a results-driven Commercial Loyalty leader for the US market. You will own the US Rewards program, optimize earning/redemption rules, and drive ROI through lifecycle strategies and data-backed decisions.

You will design targeted campaigns, automate communications, and collaborate with merchandising, analytics, and site teams to elevate loyalty visibility across taylormadegolf.com.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years’ experience within an E-Commerce business essential, loyalty experience preferred.
• Experience working in a cross functional environment within a large organization.

Aufgaben

• Own the US TaylorMade Rewards program including earning and redemption mechanics and lifecycle strategy.
• Design and execute targeted loyalty campaigns tied to product launches and activations.
• Own loyalty automations across email, SMS, and push notifications with performance tracking.
• Collaborate with retention, merchandising and site experience teams to feature loyalty across taylormadegolf.com.
• Manage loyalty content calendar and coordinate with creative for assets.
