Job summary

GoTo Foods is seeking a Manager, Loyalty Programs to spearhead the design and management of our Rewards loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will leverage customer data and cross-functional collaboration to enhance member engagement and drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires 6-8 years of marketing expertise, particularly in loyalty programs, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Candidates will need excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years experience in marketing, advertising, or related field managing outside marketing agencies.
• 3-5 years experience working with loyalty programs and platform vendors preferred.
• Experience in agency, CPG, retail, restaurant, hospitality, food, or beverage sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design of loyalty program structure and delivery strategies.
• Oversight of loyalty program delivery including implementation and optimization.
• Utilize customer data and analytics to identify trends and measure effectiveness.
