Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years in BI analytics or analytics engineering.
- Experience leading teams and enterprise data initiatives.
- Proven ability to fix data trust issues and governance.
- Strong communication with executives and venue operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead BI team of product owners and data engineers; set priorities.
- Define metrics governance, data quality, and certified metrics.
- Own executive scorecard and reporting to leadership.
- Partner with Data Engineering on pipelines and data freshness.
- Develop forecasting capabilities using data science.
- Build self-service reporting and AI-enabled analytics.
