ADT Security Services is seeking a Field Operations Technician to install and support advanced low‑voltage security systems in customer homes and businesses. You’ll perform site assessments, test systems, verify connections, and troubleshoot issues while delivering clear, customer‑focused communication.

Ideal candidates are tech‑savvy, independent, and able to manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment, with a valid driver’s license and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install low‑voltage wiring and mount devices per site layouts.
• Perform site assessments, system testing, and verify connections including monitoring center communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials or job inaccuracies.
• Educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow safety protocols.
