Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; location may require additional licensing.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proactive troubleshooting and customer‑first communication.

Responsibilities

• Install low‑voltage wiring and mount devices per site plans.
• Conduct site assessments and verify connections including monitoring center communication.
• Troubleshoot issues and flag defective materials or inaccuracies affecting service.
