ADT is seeking a Field Operations Technician to install and service low-voltage security systems in customer homes and small businesses. You will test, configure, and verify systems for optimal performance and reliability, building trust through quality workmanship and clear communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install low‑voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts and routing plans.
• Perform site assessments, system testing, and verify connections including monitoring center communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials or job inaccuracies that affect service quality.
• Educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols.
