ADT Security Services is seeking skilled field technicians to install and service smart security solutions in customer homes and businesses. You will perform site assessments, test systems, verify connections, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable operation.

Successful candidates will educate customers on features, provide clear guidance, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting safety protocols and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; may require location-specific licensing.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics.
• Ability to safely operate a company fleet vehicle.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-first communication.
• Self-directed with solid time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install low-voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts and routing plans.
• Perform site assessments, system testing, and verify connections, including monitoring center communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials or job inaccuracies that affect service quality.
• Educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols.
