Facility Solutions Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within budgets. You will oversee production, audit costs, and manage field teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with a focus on safety, quality, and process improvement on lighting retrofit and utility savings projects. This is an on-site position in Texas.

Qualifications

• At least five years of field experience in Project Management, Project Engineering (or related).
• Degree preferred in architectural engineering, construction management, mechanical engineering, project management, or business.
• Experience with Lighting Retrofit and Utility Savings projects.
• Experience with local vendors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Field productivity and quality workmanship.
• Create, monitor, control, and report on budgets and profitability.
• Develop staffing plans including labor and subcontractors.
• Estimate, negotiate, procure, and coordinate vendors, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain thorough project documentation.
• Billing and accounts receivable collections.
• Train, motivate, and improve team members.
• Grow vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure project success.
• Sales of service projects and adherence to budgets.
• Maintain service dispatch within FSG platforms.
• Annual performance evaluations of supervised field personnel.
• Ensure safety adherence to OSHA standards.
• Maintain fleet, equipment, and tool stewardship.
• Estimate and produce quotes for customers.
