Job summary

Prime Partners in Spring, TX seeks an experienced Low Voltage Project Manager to oversee commercial low-voltage and technology integration projects from kickoff through completion. You will work with field teams, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in low voltage or related field
• Experience managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously
• Experience managing projects valued at $500K+ preferred
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, WIP, and job costing skills
• Experience coordinating field labor, subcontractors, vendors, and customers
• Understanding of commercial construction environments and project documentation
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, and related PM tools
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple low-voltage projects from kickoff through completion and closeout
• Develop project schedules, manpower plans, budgets, and resource requirements
• Maintain responsibility for project profitability, job costing, forecasting, and WIP reporting
• Track project financial performance and identify potential cost or schedule issues
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout packages
• Coordinate technicians, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
• Communicate directly with customers, general contractors, and project stakeholders
• Review project scope, drawings, specifications, contracts, and deliverables
• Monitor project milestones and ensure work remains on schedule
• Identify project risks and proactively resolve operational or technical issues
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and contractual requirements
• Maintain compliance with company and customer safety requirements
• Support and mentor field personnel and project team members
• Assist with customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional work
