Job summary

Manatal seeks an experienced Low Voltage Project Manager to oversee commercial low-voltage and technology integration projects from kickoff to closeout. You will lead projects involving structured cabling, fiber, security, access control, CCTV, AV, and network infrastructure.

You will partner with field teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and profitability, while managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within low voltage / related fields.
• Experience managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
• Experience handling projects valued at $500K+ preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, WIP, and change order management.
• Experience coordinating field labor, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Knowledge of commercial construction environments and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple low-voltage projects from kickoff through completion and closeout.
• Develop project schedules, manpower plans, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Maintain responsibility for project profitability, job costing, forecasting, and WIP reporting.
• Track project financial performance and identify potential cost or schedule issues.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout packages.
• Coordinate technicians, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Communicate directly with customers, general contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Review project scope, drawings, specifications, contracts, and deliverables.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure work remains on schedule.
• Identify project risks and proactively resolve operational or technical issues.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Maintain compliance with company and customer safety requirements.
• Support and mentor field personnel and project team members.
• Assist with customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional work.
