Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in low voltage wiring and systems installation (Voice/Data, CCTV, Access Control, VoIP, POTS).
• Experience managing project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Experience coordinating and dispatching subcontractors and field crews.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, scopes of work, and milestones for multiple projects.
• Manage project budgets, costs, and invoicing with accuracy.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and client relationships to meet timelines.
• Lead project closeout, including punch lists and final documentation.
