Job summary

LINX is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager for our commercial construction division in Denver, CO. You will own budgets, manage a layered team, and serve as the primary contact for IT directors and facilities managers across healthcare, education, and corporate sectors.

Responsibilities include overseeing schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction on multiple projects, with clear path to senior leadership as the pipeline grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in low voltage construction or adjacent fields.
• Experience interacting with IT directors, facilities managers, and general/electrical contractors.
• Demonstrated full P&L ownership on project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own full budget responsibility across a portfolio of concurrent commercial projects.
• Track labor, materials, equipment costs, subcontractors and margins.
• Manage change orders from identification through approval.
• Coordinate procurement and staging of materials for mobilization.
• Monitor financials and flag risks to leadership.
• Lead field teams including Supervisors, Foremen, Leads, and Technicians.
• Plan workforce, scheduling, performance, and issue escalation.
