Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Construction Project Manager for low-voltage projects in Michigan City, IN, with a strong emphasis on data centers, labs, and hospitals. The role requires local presence 4-5 days onsite per client needs and responsibilities spanning design, construction, and cost control.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years PM experience in construction, plus 2+ years in critical environments and 4+ years in telecom/low-voltage construction, with ME P experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• 4+ years of experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, and fiber optics construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope and components.
• Mentor and lead teams handling schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain client vision as a trusted partner.
• Lead design management across platforms (Autodesk/Procore) and QA/QC of drawings.
• Coordinate with EORs, subs, and GC; manage RFIs/submittals and site walks.
