Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Project Manager for its Critical Environments team in North America. The role focuses on owner’s representation for data centers and hospitals, guiding projects from design through construction with a client-first mindset.

As a PM you will lead complex, high-visibility initiatives, mentor teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with A&E partners to ensure design integrity and project success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction PM experience with building design/construction process knowledge.
• 2+ years managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• 4+ years focused on PM in telecom, low-voltage and fiber optics construction.
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ambitious, growth-focused, and eager to join a modern energetic firm.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope while coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Mentor teams and control schedule, scope, and budget to meet client goals.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner throughout delivery.
• Direct design management using Autodesk/Procore and QA/QC of drawings.
• Coordinate design across partners, align VE discussions, and share information.
