Job summary

MGAC, a global boutique consultancy, is seeking a Data Center Construction - Mid to Senior Project Manager (Low Voltage) to lead complex critical environments in Lima, OH. You will be responsible for driving project success from design through commissioning and delivering high-profile data center projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management in building design/construction.
• Bachelor's/Associate degree or equivalent in construction discipline.
• 2+ years managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• 4+ years focused on PM in telecommunications, low-voltage and fiber optics.
• MEP experience in ground-up construction required.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ambitious, growth-focused with a modern, energetic culture.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects while coordinating others.
• Mentor teams and manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and schedule recovery.
• Maintain client trust and align with the client vision.
• Manage design platforms and QA/QC of drawings (Autodesk/Procore).
• Oversee design coordination across partners and EORs, subs, and GC.
• Support change management and cost impact reviews.
