Job summary

MGAC, a global boutique consultancy, seeks a Construction Project Manager for low voltage in Michigan City, IN. This Owners Representative role requires onsite support 4–5 days per week, managing data centers, labs, and hospitals within a fast-growing Critical Environments team.

You will lead full project scopes, mentor teams, and drive design coordination using Autodesk/Procore, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's/Associates or equivalent in construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years in critical environment construction (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• 4+ years focused on project management in telecommunications, low-voltage, or fiber optics.
• MEP experience in ground-up construction is required.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope and components across multiple projects.
• Mentor and lead design and construction teams with schedule, scope, and budget oversight.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and recovery planning.
• Ensure alignment with client vision and act as trusted partner throughout the project.
