Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction - Mid to Senior Project Manager (Low Voltage) in Lima, OH. This Owners Representative role requires 4-5 days onsite, guiding design and construction for critical environments like data centers.

You will lead design coordination, manage budgets, schedules, and client relations, with a strong emphasis on MEP and ground-up construction projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction PM experience overseeing design and construction processes.
• 2+ years of managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• 4+ years focused on PM in telecommunications, low-voltage, fiber optics.
• MEP experience in ground-up construction is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scopes and coordinate with teams.
• Mentor teams, manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and cost recovery.
• Maintain client relationship as a trusted partner.
