Job summary

MGAC is a global boutique consultancy dedicated to managing and representing our clients’ best interests. This Mid to Senior Construction Project Manager role requires local support in Detroit, MI with onsite presence 3-4 days a week.

You will lead critical environments projects, including data centers and hospitals, acting as owner’s representative to resolve issues, guide decisions, and keep programs on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 2+ years of datacenter construction experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
