Job summary

Bergelectric Corp. is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager in Escondido, CA to plan, direct, and coordinate electrical project operations from procurement through project closure.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and billing while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction on multiple concurrent projects. The role requires 5+ years in project management within electrical construction, strong NEC knowledge, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have BS in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in Project Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction materials, methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Review project contracts and negotiate revisions and changes with owners, architects, clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare project controls, budgets, schedules of values, and billing mechanisms.
• Manage major project purchases, product data submittals, and shop drawings for approvals.
• Oversee project profitability with revenue, cost and profit forecasting.
• Ensure safety and environmental policies are followed on all sites.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and trade partners to ensure project success.
