Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Lounge Server to provide exceptional, guest-focused service in our hotel lounge. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, accurate order handling, and professional food and beverage service, while collaborating with teammates to maintain smooth operations.

The role emphasizes attentiveness to detail, teamwork, and delivering memorable dining experiences for guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Report to work on time and in full uniform, prepared with necessary tools (pen, side towel, corkscrew, etc.).
Check assigned station prior to opening for cleanliness, proper setup, and readiness.
Attend menu classes or taste panels; maintain knowledge of daily specials and all menu items.
Take guest orders accurately, following proper procedures for checks, modifiers, and seat numbers.
Serve food and beverages according to established standards, including proper liquor and wine service.
Maintain cleanliness by bussing and resetting tables promptly throughout and after meals.
Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure efficient service across all stations.
