Concord Hospitality seeks a Lounge Server to provide exceptional guest service in a welcoming atmosphere. You will handle accurate ordering, professional food and beverage service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and station readiness.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends. Training and growth opportunities are available within Concord Hospitality.

Formación

• Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Report to work on time and in full uniform, prepared with necessary tools (pen, side towel, corkscrew, etc.).
• Check assigned station prior to opening for cleanliness, proper setup, and readiness.
• Attend menu classes or taste panels; maintain knowledge of daily specials and all menu items.
• Take guest orders accurately, following proper procedures for checks, modifiers, and seat numbers.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards, including proper liquor and wine service.
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing and resetting tables promptly throughout and after meals.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure efficient service across all stations.
