Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Bar/ lounge server to provide beverage and light food service to guests. You will prepare drinks for teammates, handle cash transactions, and maintain an inviting, polished bar area.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, English communication, and basic knowledge of beverages. Evening hours from 4pm to 11pm and team-oriented work are essential to the position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Team player who can help co-workers with their duties.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages.
• Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register and process payments.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to handle garnishes, glassware and bottles.

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare beverages for other servers and supply guests, acting as cashier for the lounge.
• Maintain bar setup and stock of beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, and supplies.
• Input orders and manage checks at the point of sale; handle cash and credits.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate beverage serving policies.
• Lock up and store equipment and process cash drops; balance money as required.
• Maintain sanitary spaces and assist coworkers as needed.
