Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration from an accredited University.
• A minimum of three years of experience in the hospitality industry or in a fine dining setting and entertainment setting.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software including Open Table, Micros, & Craftable.

Responsibilities

• Ensures clarity around the company's priorities and communicates our direction and vision to team members.
• Liaison between the kitchen and the floor to provide exceptional service to guests.
• Implements coaching and guidance to improve guest needs understanding and service quality.
• Oversees ambiance, lighting, and atmosphere to align with restaurant concept and times of day.
• Negotiates contracts with talent and production partners to secure performers for events.
• Coordinates rehearsals and performances and ensures technical elements are functional.
• Supports on-site and off-site PR opportunities to promote the restaurant.
• Works with marketing to implement multi-channel promotions and events.
• Evaluates event success through ticket sales, attendance, and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Manages reservations via OpenTable and records guest preferences.
• Provides financial analytics for venue and business performance.
• Models leadership and guest hospitality to maintain high service standards.
• Ensures compliance with food service standards and safety guidelines.
• Performs additional duties as assigned

Overview

The Nectar Room Lounge Manager leads the daily operations of the Lounge and overseeing all aspects of entertainment events. Duties include but are not limited to assisting with menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, and assisting team members on the floor during peak periods. The Nectar Room Lounge Manager strives to continually improve guest and team member satisfaction determines training needs to accomplish goals, then implements a plan of action. High focus on financial performance, superior guest service, team member engagement, labor management, and guest/team member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensures clarity around the company's priorities and communicates our direction and vision to team members.
• Liaison between the kitchen and the floor to provide exceptional service to guests.
• Improves service by communicating and assisting team members to understand guest needs, and provides guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
• Monitors appropriateness of ambiance/atmosphere (e.g., lighting, music, table-top, etc.) restaurant concept, positioning, time of day, etc.
• Negotiating contracts with talent, production companies, and other industry professionals to secure performers for events.
• Making sure that all operations run smoothly, including scheduling rehearsals and performances and making sure that all technical elements are working properly.
• Supports on-site/off-site public relations opportunities to promote the restaurant.
• Coordinating with marketing departments to develop and implement marketing strategies that reach target audiences through all channels, including print and digital advertising, social media campaigns, live events, and public relations campaigns.
• Evaluating the success of an event based on factors such as ticket sales, attendance levels, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Operates open table to book guest reservations and collect guest preferences.
• Provides financial analytics pertaining to all aspects of the venue and business.
• Displays leadership in guest hospitality by exemplifying excellent guest service and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
• Ensures the agreed standards of food service are always adhered to.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration from an accredited University.
• A minimum of three years of experience in the hospitality industry or in a fine dining setting and entertainment setting.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software including Open Table, Micros, & Craftable.
