Flik Hospitality Group in Olympia, WA is seeking a Lounge Supervisor who will work with unit management to ensure compliance with company, government and accrediting standards while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will lead operational activities, quality improvement, sanitation, and safety, drawing on 3–5 years of relevant experience and an Associate's Degree or equivalent, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's Degree or comparable experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory/leadership/management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensures optimal customer service and client satisfaction.
