Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group seeks a Lounge Supervisor to support unit management in monitoring operations and ensuring compliance with company, government, and accrediting standards and regulations. The role emphasizes customer service excellence and efficient operational oversight.

The Lounge Supervisor will oversee daily activities, drive cost-effective management, and lead quality improvement, sanitation, and safety initiatives to maintain high service levels in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree, or comparable experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• The ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Exhibit initiative, sense of urgency, responsibility, flexibility and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensures optimal customer service and client satisfaction
• Provides cost effective management that meets and exceeds stated expectations
• Assists in the responsibility for all operational activities including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control and all facility-related activities
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
• Performs other duties as assigned
