You will oversee guest services, sanitation and safety protocols while leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree, or comparable experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant hospitality and supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive, sense of urgency, responsibility and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensures optimal customer service and client satisfaction.
• Provides cost effective management that meets and exceeds stated expectations.
• Assists in the responsibility for all operational activities including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control and all facility‑related activities.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
