Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Lounge Bartender to join our hotel food and beverage team in Memphis. You will take guest orders, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and assist with light meals while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

You will uphold state liquor regulations, manage POS transactions, and keep the bar area clean and organized. The ideal candidate has 1 year of server or bartending experience and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in a beverage service role preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take their orders for food and beverages.
• Prepare, serve, and replenish alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and light meals.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of bar and outlet areas.
• Input orders into POS and ensure correct transmission to kitchen/bar staff.
• Process payments and handle tips according to policies.
• Adhere to all state liquor regulations and safety guidelines.
