The role requires knowledge of cocktails, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel setting. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage presentation.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and active listening abilities.
• Basic math for cash handling and ordering.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Beverage preparation and service according to recipes and standards.
• In-depth menu knowledge; suggest drinks based on guest preferences.
• Engage with guests to provide a personalized experience.
• Ensure drinks are visually appealing with garnishes and proper presentation.
• Set up and maintain the bar; keep area clean and organized.
• Process payments, manage tabs, handle cash/credit transactions.
• Provide entertainment and engage guests at the bar.
• Monitor beverage inventory; restock and report shortages.
• Adhere to alcohol sale laws; verify age and refuse service when needed.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management for seamless service.
