Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or in hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and active listening skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Beverage preparation and service according to recipes.
• Knowledge of the drink menu; make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized service.
• Present drinks visually with appropriate garnishes and glassware.
• Maintain bar setup and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Process payments, manage tabs, and handle cash transactions.
