We are hiring a Lounge Bar Back.
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for serving others! Working at our hotel bar and lounge outlets means you are often the first or last greeting our guests receive each day, working alongside our talented bartenders. It’s a TEAM effort at our Concord establishments, and your role is just as vital to the guest experience as the bartender. Your friendly smile and cheerful customer service attitude set the tone for our guests to enjoy their experience. Your proactive, responsive, and caring nature will make a significant difference.
Bar back and food runners are responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food to guests (at some locations), cleaning and restocking as per assigned side work, assisting with opening and closing the bar, and following all safety guidelines. Applicants must be dependable, able to stand for 8-10 hours, work at least 3 days per week, and be willing to work weekends and holidays. Prior experience in a high-volume food & beverage establishment is required. Prior hotel experience is preferred.
