Summary: Stocking bars, banquets, private events, and liquor room with beverages and paper goods. Maintaining cleanliness of bars, beer coolers, and liquor room.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Replenish paper goods (cups, napkins, etc.) at bars and server areas.
2. Assist bartenders with cleaning and maintenance: filling ice bins, etc.
3. Stock bars with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages: liquor, wine, beer, mixers, soda, juices, and CO2.
4. Stock liquor room with supplies including beverages and dry goods.
5. Maintain cleanliness of liquor rooms, beer coolers, and bars: sweep, mop, take out trash.
6. Make change for orders.
7. Know information about all Food & Beverage Outlets to inform guests.
8. Assist with setup for banquets and private functions: stock beverages and paper products.
9. Provide positive communication using ACES Training skills with patrons and coworkers.
10. Perform duties safely; report hazards to management.
11. May perform duties at Lawrenceburg Event Center (LEC).
12. Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned duties outside the job description for efficiency, productivity, or guest service.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience/training.

Language Skills: Ability to read, interpret safety and operation documents; write routine reports; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic operations with numbers, money, weight, volume, and distance; operate an adding machine; basic computer skills.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Must qualify for licenses/permits as required by regulations.

Physical Demands: Regularly stand; use hands; reach; talk; walk; hear. Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, sit. Vision needs include close, distance, peripheral, color, and focus adjustment. Must regularly lift/move up to 175 pounds.

Work Environment: Usually loud; exposure to secondhand smoke; surveillance and audio monitoring in some areas. Reasonable accommodations available.
