WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining beverage stations and equipment per Pennsylvania Department of Health Standards and Hollywood Casino standards to support profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance.
• Clean beverage areas in assigned restaurant and service bar stations.
• Provide and replenish beverage stock and supplies.
• Remove empty bottles and trash.
• Prepare fruit garnishes.
• Manage liquor supplies, including receiving, issuing, and record-keeping.
• Serve as a backup bartender when needed.
• Promote excellent guest service consistently.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, supervisors, and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
